An agentic system was set up to draft context-rich, personalized email replies using GPT-4. It reads the inquiry, interprets attached documents, and mirrors the client’s tone delivering tailored responses that feel human and relevant.
Google Calendar Integration for Discovery Call Scheduling
For Hot and High-Value leads, the system embeds a pre-filled Google Calendar link within the email. Clients can directly book a discovery call at their convenience, reducing back-and-forth and speeding up the conversion cycle.
Instant Team Notifications via Telegram, WhatsApp, or Slack
Once the agent responds, the team receives real-time updates with lead classification, client email, and response status. This keeps everyone aligned without relying on inbox refreshes or manual updates.
