They approached us with ambitious plans: a feature-rich platform with advanced filters, financing tools, and inspection workflows all within a 3 to 4 month launch timeline. We took a consulting-first approach to help AutoNova Drive build a digital foundation that was lean, focused, and launch-ready:

We implemented the MoSCoW method to facilitate productive conversations with stakeholders, clearly defining:
Must-Haves: Car listings, search, filters, user accounts, enquiry flows
Should-Haves: EMI calculator, shortlist, basic admin control
Could-Haves: Side-by-side comparisons, price estimators
Won’t-Haves (for now): Inspection API integrations, car finance tie-ups
